Eva’s #1 Advice for Day One Beginners
Pick a smooth, light-colored acrylic or cotton-blend yarn in worsted weight (size 4) with a 5.0mm ergonomic hook. Avoid dark black, fuzzy bouclé, or chenille yarns when first learning, as they hide the "V" shapes of your stitches.
❓ Common Beginner Guides / Learn to Crochet Questions

A US Single Crochet (sc) equals a UK Double Crochet (dc). All CrochetEva patterns use standard US terms, with helpful UK translations provided in every specs card!
